Memberships for sale

Please read: you are buying a membership, not real estate.

Shady Shores Association is a membership-owned mobile home community. Each membership has one lot assigned to it for that member's use, and the common property is there for every member to use.

What changes hands is the membership and the unit standing on its lot. The land itself is never sold or purchased.

Because no real estate is ever sold or purchased, realtors are not necessary — and are not allowed in the sale or purchase of a membership.
